How we handle your information

We use the bills and details you send us only to review your utility accounts and to reply to you.
We never sell or share your bills or contact details.
We don’t contact SCE or file anything on your behalf without your written authorization.
We won’t use your data to train public AI models.

Please don’t send passwords

We never need your SCE My Account password or login details. If a full audit needs data from SCE, we ask for your written authorization on SCE’s own form instead.
